Fulcrum will work with your intact management group, project team, or self-directed work team to address specific team challenges and develop:
- A commonly accepted mission and vision
- Desired results
- Group behavior guidelines
- Key performance standards
- Interaction processes to help your team achieve greater cohesion
- Alignment with the organization, and improved performance.
Leadership, communications and trust issues may also be addressed, as appropriate. The facilitator will first meet with the manager/team leader and, in some cases, may recommend completion in advance of a team survey questionnaire along with conducting one-on-one interviews with each team member.
