The Leadership Circle provides a suite of advanced, integrated, leadership development tools. These tools will help your managers identify and transform reactive habits of thought* into outcome-creating thinking and competencies that generate significant, positive results for the enterprise.

Our process:
An optional way to begin is to administer The Leadership Culture Survey (TLCS) to obtain a reading on how (1) your top team members and (2) your employees perceive the leadership culture that is currently being fostered from the top.
Then, if merited by the data or because of an expressed intention to improve as a leadership team, each member of the senior team completes The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP), a 360º feedback instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains, Outcome-Creating Competencies and Reactive Tendencies.
Results are presented to each member, one-on-one, by our TLC-certified associates.
Individual results from the profiles can lead to three courses of action:
- Customized Team Building for the Top Team which includes some elements of our regular Team Building process but also reflects the Leadership Circle Model. and the development needs that emerged from the individual TLCP results.
- Put the team through The Authentic Leader workshop which engages your managers in discussions, exercises, simulations, and various reflections that deepen insight into, and encourage ownership of their TLCP results
- Provide individual customized Executive Coaching for some or all of the top team members.
(Optional) A customized development program for all managers and supervisors. This covers many of the core principles from The Authentic Leader workshop, as well as critical managerial skills.
At a suitable time in the future, we can re-administer The Leadership Culture Survey to register any changes as a result of the development work done, particularly at the senior level.
