FLEX Talk™ is the next step beyond training in communications, interpersonal relations, customer service and negotiating. Building on their existing skills in these areas, participants will learn practical ways to increase their impact at each stage of the influencing process:

- Investigating the other's perspective/needs
- Suggesting a course of action
- Moving to commitment
Points Regarding This Program…
This unique seminar includes plenty of small-group discussions, participant involvement and skill practice. A popular culminating activity is the opportunity for each participant to do a "dry run" at an actual influencing situation taken from his or her workplace.
The workshop incorporates the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® as the platform for developing strategies to enhance your ability to influence others. Participants are required to complete the MBTI® on-line, in advance of the seminar.
Flex Talk™ can be formatted for 1-2 days. The 2-day version allows for a more thorough understanding of the MBTI® and skill application even more customized to your work environment and challenges. As well, it includes the Mobius Model™ that helps people interact for mutually satisfying results.
Attendees receive valuable feedback on how they typically influence, along with a 129-page workbook loaded with tables, worksheets, checklists and summaries on how to "flex," when necessary, to a more effective style. Even the most experienced communicator will acquire new insights and new techniques for immediate use.
