Overview…
Have you ever been stymied by a personality conflict or just plain old "poor chemistry" with an employee, boss, colleague, or customer? Have you ever found yourself presenting what you believe is a sensible idea to someone who doesn't see it your way? And how about those times when you just wonder why certain people act the way they do?
This highly animated and interactive workshop shows you how to deal effectively with the varied personalities we encounter in our daily worklife. You will be introduced to a powerful framework for understanding and responding to the many different ways people think, communicate, make decisions, and solve problems.
Points Regarding This Program…
