Managing Through Others
(Our six-day management development curriculum)
What Participants will learn…
How to…
- draw the very best results from their people.
- foster personal accountability in employees.
- create a positive, productive work environment.
- set a direction that inspires.
- confidently address unacceptable performance.
…In other words, how to be leaders!
Today's managers are called upon BOTH to perform typical "management" duties (plan, organize, measure, control) AND to provide more "leadership" (set vision, align people, motivate, integrate work done).
The manager remains an untapped leverage point for greater productivity.
A progressive leadership style that demands strong performance, inspires commitment, and fosters employee accountability for their own motivation can have as positive an impact on organizational and business outcomes as does the information technology you install.
